Ltd. at our own plant inside the NIFTEM campus (HSIIDC Industrial Area, Kundli, Sonipat), the food-technology institute of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, following certified food-safety and quality systems.

Our Research & Development Partner

Our plant-based recipes were developed in partnership with Dr Eram and Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences, University of Delhi. Over more than three years, trial after trial on oat and soy bases at the college helped turn our idea into desserts that taste like the real thing.

Independently Lab-Tested

Accredited laboratories have tested our products. They found no animal DNA in our vanilla gelato, no detectable lactose in our French Vanilla (below 0.1 g per 100 g), no pesticide residues across more than 60 pesticides tested, and heavy metals, aflatoxins, melamine and microbes all within FSSAI limits. What Goes Into Every Scoop

• Vegetarian and made from plants, with nothing from an animal in our recipes
• Our own oat milk, plus soy and almond bases, made without milk
• Coconut oil as the fat in our gelato base, with no palm oil in the base; inclusions that contain palm oil, such as Lotus Biscoff biscuits, are listed on their product pages
• Options sweetened with maltitol, a sugar substitute (a sugar alcohol), instead of table sugar (not sugar-free: fruit, nuts and oat milk bring their own natural sugars)
