Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products, no questions asked.
Refund Policy
If you request a return for any of our products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-8 working days.
Replacement & Exchange
You can also request a replacement or exchange of your order according to your needs. The conditions for replacement or exchange are the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
Return Process
You can initiate a return request through our website or app. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team, who will guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, please ensure that you are available for the reverse pick-up and that you respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the return process will need to be re-initiated, which may extend the overall timeline.
Please note that while most locations are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, there may be rare instances where reverse logistics are not available. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs. 70 incurred for processing such returns.
If the return shipping costs exceed Rs. 70, any additional charges will be adjusted against the refund. If your location is non-serviceable for returns, you will be responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with your refund.
Missing or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a missing or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We may require evidence, such as a photo or video of the unopened package, to process your request further. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package may result in your claim not being honored. In such cases, 1.5 Degree reserves the right to make the final decision.
